These wonton wrapper lasagna bites are a fun, bite-sized twist on classic lasagna. Best of all, they’re quick to assemble and bake in a fraction of the time of traditional lasagna.

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Cook filling: In a skillet, sauté onion until soft. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  3. Assemble: Place one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing into shape.
  4. Add about 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese to each cup.
  5. Top with 1–2 teaspoons of meat mixture.
  6. Drizzle with marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Optional: Add another wonton wrapper layer for a stacked effect.
  9. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Serve: Cool slightly, then remove from the tin and serve warm.

  • Vegetarian: Replace meat with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or zucchini.
  • Make-ahead: Assemble up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate before baking.
