Wonton Wrapper Lasagna Bites

Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cook filling: In a skillet, sauté onion until soft. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Assemble: Place one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing into shape.
- Add about 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese to each cup.
- Top with 1–2 teaspoons of meat mixture.
- Drizzle with marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Optional: Add another wonton wrapper layer for a stacked effect.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Cool slightly, then remove from the tin and serve warm.
