– 250 g of mascarpone
– 50 g caster sugar
– 100 g lemon cream
– Boudoir biscuits in sufficient quantity (to adjust with your mold)

Preparation of lemon tiramisu:
First prepare the lemon cream following my recipe and let it cool well before using it.
Soften the mascarpone with the icing sugar, add the lemon cream little by little and mix.
Prepare the water and sugar, soak the ladyfingers and place them lined up in the mold, pour the lemon cream, then cover it with another layer of ladyfingers, continue in this way to the edge of the mold.
Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before eating it, so the boudoirs will expect and take on all the flavors of the other ingredients.
Decorate the dessert with lemon zest, the LEMON TIRAMISU is ready, easy, safe because without raw eggs, delicate and delicious!
WORTH RECOMMENDED: You can put the tiramisu in the freezer for about 30 minutes and it will become delicious parfait.
