- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 8 slices provolone cheese
For the Egg Binder:
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Butter or oil, for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a **9×9-inch baking dish** with butter or cooking spray.
- Brown the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef. Cook until it’s about halfway browned.

- Layer the Casserole: Spread the beef and veggie mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the slices of **provolone cheese** to cover the surface.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the **eggs, heavy whipping cream, and Worcestershire sauce** until smooth and combined.
- Pour over the Casserole: Gently pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and cheese layers.
- Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for **25–30 minutes**, or until the egg mixture is set and the top is slightly golden.
- Rest and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
