Ingredients :
500g Zucchini
3 eggs
150g Flour
1 clove of garlic
20cl Milk 20
1 tablespoon Oregano
Salt pepper
preparation :
Wash the zucchini. Grate them with the skin on and squeeze them to extract the water.
Mix the flour, eggs and milk. Add the drained zucchini, peeled and crushed garlic, and oregano to this mixture. Add salt and pepper.
In an oiled pan, make small piles spaced apart. Leave to brown on each side for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
