4 eggs
100g brown sugar
120g of whole liquid cream
220 g of flour
2 level tsp of yeast
120g semi-salted butter
100g dark chocolate (+100g for topping)
Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 165°C.
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with half the brown sugar (50g)
In another bowl, mix the rest of the sugar (50g) and the remaining 2 eggs.
In each bowl, add half of the cream, i.e. 60 g, and mix.
In each bowl, add half of the flour, i.e. 110g and 1 level tsp and mix well.
In each bowl, add half of the melted butter (60 g) and mix again.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Add it to one of the bowls and mix.
Pour a third of the plain batter into your cake mold and smooth the surface.
Add half of the chocolate batter and smooth the surface. Add a third of the plain paste again and smooth the surface. Add the second half of the chocolate batter and smooth the surface. Finish with the remaining plain dough and smooth the surface.
Run the blade of a knife along the length of the mold 3 times to lightly mix the pasta.
Bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
