Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese with the milk until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, eggs, and chia seeds until well combined.
Mix the melted cheese into the almond flour mixture to form a dough.
Divide the dough into smaller portions and shape them into naan bread rounds.
Place the rounds on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a cheesy twist, add some grated Parmesan or cheddar to the dough. If you prefer a bit of spice, mix in some garlic powder or chili flakes. You can also experiment with different seeds, like flaxseeds or sesame seeds, for added flavor and texture. To make the naan more aromatic, consider adding a pinch of cumin or coriander powder.
