Instructions
Prepare the Cabbage: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice cabbage into thick steaks and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Season & Add Sauce: Mix olive oil, vegan creamy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture over both sides of cabbage steaks.
Bake the Cabbage: Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and edges are lightly browned.
Add the Cheese: Remove from oven, sprinkle with vegan shredded cheese, and bake for 5–7 minutes more until melted and bubbly.
Garnish & Serve: Top with chili or parsley. Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
