Items for sale:

One hundred fifty grams of yogurt

120 grams of sugar, 380 grams of flour, and 8 grams of baking powder.

One hundred and twenty milliliters of oil made from vegetables.

Vanilla flavoring, also known as vanillin; 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate

two tablespoons of almonds

Preparation plan:

First, prepare the dough for the cookies. Mix together the yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and well combined.

Put the flour and baking powder together and mix well until everything is combined.

Making Biscuits

We should shape the cookies once the dough is prepared.

Make small dough balls with your hands and then press them gently to make cookies of the right size and shape.

To make fun shapes, you can use round, oval, or cookie cutters.

Bake and relax.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about twenty minutes, or until they turn golden brown, in an oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

Take them out of the oven when they are done, let them cool down completely, and then move on to the next step.

How Chocolate is Made

It’s time to prepare the delicious chocolate frosting that will make the cookies even more attractive as they cool down.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water or in a microwave-safe dish. Once melted, add the chopped almonds and mix well until they are completely covered in chocolate.

Chocolate Coating for the Cookies

The fun part is gently dipping each cookie into the chocolate mix until they are fully covered.

Allow the extra chocolate to drip off the cookies. Then, place them on parchment paper to let the chocolate harden.

The Process of Making Chocolate

Allow the cookies to sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens completely after they have all been covered with chocolate.

Even though this process may take a while, I assure you it will be worth it when you enjoy these amazing works!
