Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Ham

Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Ham 🐷πŸ”₯

Get ready for a holiday-worthy ham that basically cooks itself! This sweet, tangy, and juicy ham is slow-cooked to perfection with a glaze made from honey, mustard, and a touch of brown sugar. Perfect for family dinners, holiday feasts, or just because you want something delicious and easy! πŸ˜‹πŸ½οΈ

Ingredients:

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (about 6–8 lbs)

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup yellow mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)

Instructions:

Prep the Ham

Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down. Trim excess fat if needed.

Make the Glaze

In a bowl, whisk together honey, both mustards, brown sugar, vinegar, and cloves (if using).

Pour & Coat

Pour the glaze over the ham, making sure to coat it well. Use a brush or spoon to spread it around if needed.

Cook Low & Slow

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours (or until heated through). Baste with the juices occasionally if you can.

Optional Finish

For a caramelized top, place the ham under the broiler for 5–10 minutes after slow cooking. Just watch it closely!

Serve

Slice and drizzle with extra sauce from the slow cooker.

Tips:

You can use a spiral-cut ham for easier serving.

Leftovers make great sandwiches or omelets!

Note πŸ“:

This recipe works best with a fully cooked hamβ€”just heat and glaze! If your ham is larger or smaller, adjust the cooking time as needed. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 4 days and freeze beautifully too! Perfect for next-day sandwiches or breakfast hash. 😍πŸ₯ͺ🍳
