1 small bag fresh baby spinach
1 dash pepper
1 dash herb and garlic seasoning
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
6 thinly sliced chicken breasts
1 container green onion cream cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Chicken
In a large baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and herb and garlic seasoning.
3. Add Cream Cheese Mixture
In a small bowl, mix the green onion cream cheese with chicken broth until smooth.
