Ingredients:
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mini pepperoni (or regular pepperoni cut into quarters)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Olive oil or cooking spray
Optional Toppings:
Crushed red pepper flakes
Fresh basil or parsley
Grated Parmesan
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the tacos:
