Ingredients:
🥔 Mashed potatoes
🧀 Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
🥚 Egg
🌿 Chopped green onions
🍞 Breadcrumbs
🧈 Melted butter
🧂 Salt & pepper
🧄 Garlic powder
Instructions:
🥣 Mix mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, egg, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
🏀 Roll into small balls and coat with breadcrumbs.
🔥 Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
