Introduction:
This no-bake cherry cheesecake dessert is a perfect blend of creamy, tangy, and sweet flavors, all layered atop a buttery graham cracker crust. It’s a simple yet elegant dessert that’s ideal for potlucks, holiday gatherings, or any occasion that calls for something sweet and refreshing.

Recipe: No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients:
For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)
For the Topping:

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (if using whipped topping, skip this step).
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

3. Assemble the Dessert:

Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the prepared crust.
Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer, spreading it out to cover the top.
4. Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3-4 hours, or until set.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
