Slow Cooker Cabbage and Smoked Sausage
This simple yet flavorful dish combines cabbage, smoked sausage, and hearty broth, making it a comforting meal that’s easy to prepare in a slow cooker. Perfect for a cozy dinner!
Ingredients:
1 small head of cabbage, cut into wedges
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
Instructions:
Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Place the cabbage wedges at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Layer the sliced smoked sausage on top of the cabbage.
Pour the diced tomatoes over the sausage and cabbage.
Add the chicken broth, making sure the ingredients are mostly covered.
