Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

12 oz smoked sausage, sliced

2 ears corn, cut into small rounds

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1 bell pepper, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp butter per packet

Fresh parsley & lemon wedges (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).

Boil potatoes for 5 minutes to soften slightly. Drain.

Toss shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, and bell pepper with olive oil, seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Divide mixture onto large foil sheets. Add a pat of butter on top of each.

Fold foil into sealed packets.

Grill for 10-12 minutes or bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.

Note: Feel free to customize this recipe with your favorite vegetables, such as zucchini or mushrooms. You can also adjust the seasoning to your spice preference. If using frozen shrimp, make sure to thaw them first for even cooking. For extra flavor, drizzle with melted butter or add a sprinkle of Parmesan before serving!

Enjoy a flavorful, no-mess dinner! 🍤🔥
