This tastes unreal! Can’t believe it’s just 3 ingredients

In our cozy Midwestern town, there’s nothing quite like the smell of a warm, homemade dessert wafting through the house. This 3-Ingredient Peach Dump Cake is a beloved favorite in my family, especially during the summer months when peaches are at their peak. It’s a simple, no-fuss recipe that brings everyone to the table with smiles. Whether you’re a busy parent or just looking for an easy dessert to whip up, this cake is perfect for any occasion.

This Peach Dump Cake pairs beautifully with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. For a touch of freshness, consider serving it alongside a simple green salad with a light vinaigrette. It’s also delightful with a cup of coffee or tea for a cozy afternoon treat.

3-Ingredient Peach Dump Cake

Servings: 8

Ingredients

2 cans (15 ounces each) of sliced peaches in syrup

1 box (15.25 ounces) of yellow cake mix

1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the canned peaches, along with their syrup, into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches, making sure to cover them completely.

Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Variations & Tips

For a little extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg to the cake mix before sprinkling it over the peaches. If you have fresh peaches on hand, feel free to use them instead of canned; just add a bit of sugar and water to mimic the syrup. For those who love nuts, sprinkle some chopped pecans or walnuts on top before baking for a delightful crunch. This recipe is also adaptable with other fruits like cherries or apples if peaches aren’t your family’s favorite.
