No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Make the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
