Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon garlic mixture.
Place salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
