The guests had started to eat from the plate when suddenly I thought that I had forgotten to take photos, they couldn’t wait for me to bring back the appetizers because they loved it and so did I, such an easy treat to make!

Delicious appetizer bites, butter, onions, mushrooms, grated mozzarella… All prepared in a crispy bite, Add all the mixture to the slices of bread.

Guests love the little crispy bites of au gratin mushrooms. An interesting mix for original and delicious crispy bites that can be served as an aperitif, starter or main course…

Absolutely perfect little bites for entertaining guests…. Everyone wants more. And here is a delicious recipe prepared quickly!

So, for the recipe, you need:
Servings: 3-4
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 18 min
Total time: 23 mins

Ingredients (for 3-4 people):

3 tablespoons of butter
– 1 cup (250 ml) chopped onions
– 2 cups (500 ml) sliced mushrooms
– 1 cup (250 ml) grated mozzarella
– 1/4 cup (65 ml) grated Parmesan
– 1 large egg
– Oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– A slice of baguette bread

Preparation:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2nd step
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté until soft.

Step: 3
Add the egg, oregano, salt and pepper and mix for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from fire.

Step: 4
Slice the baguette into 3/4-inch slices.

Step: 5
Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.

Step: 6
Add the mixture to the bread slices. Sprinkle with a little cheese.

Step: 7
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes. If it is not browned to your liking, add 1 minute or 2 to BROIL.
