3 to 4 medium apples
80 g of sugar
3 tbsp of honey
Cinnamon powder
30g butter
250 g of mascarpone
3 eggs
15 to 20 speculoos

The apples should be prepared by peeling them, coring them and cutting them into cubes.
In the second step of the recipe, the apples are browned in a non-stick pan with melted butter for about 5 minutes. Next, honey and cinnamon are added to the pan and the fruit is caramelized for another 5 minutes.
