Cake with thick crème fraîche and lemon, ultra moist and delicious, an easy and quick recipe to prepare to satisfy a sudden craving for a sweet treat or to present to your guests who arrive unexpectedly!

A very fruity, fresh, tender and succulent comforting cake that is easy to enjoy with a good mint tea.
You can never go wrong with a classic, and this simple Lemon Cream Cake is the ultimate classic dessert, perfect for any summer party or gathering. A classic will always be in style.

Ingredients :

150g flour
70g of almond powder
3 eggs
1 lemon
180g of sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
8 cl of oil
4 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche

Preparation :

STEP 1
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes very foamy.

2ND STEP
Add the oil and cream, then the lemon zest and juice.

STEP 3
Finally incorporate the flour, yeast and almond powder.

STEP 4
Grease a cake mold and pour the dough into it.

STEP 5

Bake in the oven preheated to 180° for approximately 40 minutes, monitor the cooking depending on your oven.

STEP 6
Allow to cool completely before unmolding.

Very simple and quick, so don’t hesitate!
