One of those Italian recipes that everyone enjoys is chicken parmesan, which is a timeless classic. The outside of the chicken is wonderfully golden and crispy, while the interior is still juicy.
Ingredients
2 breasts of chicken
butter in 3 tablespoons
1 teaspoon oregano
pepper and salt as desired
minced 1 medium onion
1 little container of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
4 minced garlic cloves
50 ml of thick cream
50 ml of chicken broth
spinach, 1 cup
grated Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup.
- How To Make Chicken Parmesan
1. Add a half teaspoon of oregano, pepper, and salt to the chicken breasts’ seasoning.
2. Melt butter in a sizable skillet over a medium-high heat. Sun-dried tomato oil is an additional option.
3. Cook the chicken breast for 3–4 minutes, or until it is browned. When it’s finished, put it on the platter and reserve it.
4. In the sauce-making pan, add one tablespoon of butter. Cook the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onion, and 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
5. Now stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese for two to three minutes, or until thoroughly blended. Now, season to taste with salt and pepper (one teaspoon is recommended).
6. After that, add the spinach and simmer it until wilted.
7. Then, add the chicken breasts back to the pan and cook for an additional two to three minutes.
8. Serve hot and garnish with freshly chopped parsley!
