Sausage Balls and Hash Browns – mix and freeze for a quick snack. Always a huge success! It can be frozen for later. Ideal for breakfast or at parties. There is never anything left!

Sausage balls are one of our favorite snacks. I always have a bag in my freezer for a quick snack. I had frozen hash browns in the freezer and was thinking of ways to use them. I was wondering how they would taste in my favorite sausage ball recipe. Only one way to find the exit!

I made a bunch of sausage balls and mixed hash browns. I patiently wait for them to wake up. I took a bite and got my answer. They are great! This would be great for parties or Christmas morning! Just scramble a few eggs for a super-quick Christmas breakfast.
